Common use of SCEA'S OBLIGATIONS UPON UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE Clause in Contracts

SCEA'S OBLIGATIONS UPON UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE. If at any time SCEA becomes aware of any unauthorized duplication, access, use, possession or knowledge of any of Publisher's Confidential Information, it shall notify Publisher as soon as is reasonably practicable. SCEA shall provide any and all reasonable assistance to Publisher to protect Publisher's proprietary rights in any of Publisher's Confidential Information that may have directly or indirectly disclosed by an SCEA employee and that may be duplicated, accessed, used, possessed or known in a manner or for a purpose not expressly authorized by this Agreement. SCEA shall take all reasonable steps requested by Publisher to prevent the recurrence of any unauthorized duplication, access, use, possession or knowledge of Publisher's Confidential Information.
