SAVINGS PROVISION. 14.1 If any provisions of this agreement are held to be contrary to law by the Public Employment Relations Board or a court of competent jurisdiction, such provisions shall not be deemed valid and subsisting, except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If a provision is deemed to be invalid, the parties shall meet to renegotiate the provision deemed invalid by request of either party.
