Common use of Saving of Rights Clause in Contracts

Saving of Rights. (a) The rights and remedies of the Debentureholders in relation to any misrepresentation or breach of warranty on the part of the Issuer shall not be prejudiced by any investigation by or on behalf of the Debentureholders into the affairs of the Issuer, by the execution or the performance of this Deed or by any other act or thing by or on behalf of the Debentureholders in connection with this Deed and which might, apart from this Clause 12.1 (Saving of Rights), prejudice such rights or remedies.

Saving of Rights. (a) 11.1.1 The rights and remedies of the Debentureholders Debenture Holders in relation to any misrepresentation or breach of warranty on the part of the Issuer shall not be prejudiced by any investigation by or on behalf of the Debentureholders into Debenture Holders in the affairs of the Issuer, by the execution or the performance of this Deed or by any other act or thing by or on behalf of the Debentureholders Debenture Holders in connection with this Deed and which might, apart from this Clause 12.1 11.1 (Saving of Rights), prejudice such rights or remedies.

Saving of Rights. (a) The rights and remedies of the Debentureholders Lender in relation to any misrepresentation or breach of warranty on the part of each of the Issuer Obligors shall not be prejudiced by any investigation by or on behalf of the Debentureholders Lender into the affairs of the IssuerObligors, by the execution or the performance of this Deed or by any other act or thing which may be done by or on behalf of the Debentureholders Lender in connection with this Deed and which might, apart from this Clause 12.1 (Saving of Rights)12.14, prejudice such rights or remedies.; and
