Common use of Saving of Rights Clause in Contracts

Saving of Rights. The termination or expiry of this Contract shall be without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Parties up to and including the date of such termination or expiry, and shall not affect or prejudice any term of this Contract that is expressly or by implication provided to come into effect on, or continue in effect after, such termination or expiry.
