Common use of Save Harmless Clause in Contracts

Save Harmless. The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Employer against any and all claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability that may arise by reason of compliance with the terms of this Section.

The Union assumes full responsibility for the terms of this Sectiondisposition deductions so made once they have been sent to the Union.

The Union assumes full responsibility for the disposition of liability that may arise by reason of compliance with deductions so made once they have been sent to the terms of this SectionUnion.

The Union shall indemnify and save the EmPloyer harmless the Employer against any and all claims, demands, suits, liability and any other action arising from this Section or other forms of liability that may arise compliance therewith by reason of compliance with the terms of this SectionEmployer.
