Saturday As A Make-up Day Clause Samples
The "Saturday As A Make-up Day" clause designates Saturdays as permissible days for rescheduling work or activities that could not be completed during the regular workweek. In practice, if a project is delayed due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, the parties may use Saturday to catch up on lost time without breaching the contract. This clause ensures that project timelines can be maintained by providing flexibility in scheduling, thereby minimizing delays and helping all parties meet their obligations.
