Over-Time Payment Clause Samples

The Over-Time Payment clause establishes that payments for goods or services will be made incrementally as work progresses, rather than in a single lump sum upon completion. Typically, this means the client or buyer pays the provider at specified milestones, intervals, or based on the percentage of work completed. This approach helps ensure steady cash flow for the provider and aligns payment with the actual progress of the project, reducing financial risk for both parties and incentivizing timely performance.
