Common use of Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence. Xxxxx and the Shareholders shall have completed its legal, accounting and business due diligence of QSGI and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to QSGI and the Shareholders in their sole and absolute discretion.
