Common use of Satisfaction of Buyer Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, right and entitlement of the Developer in the Said Property and/or the Said Complex, the Sanctioned Plans, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and elsewhere in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer Owner that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the OwnersOwner, right and entitlement of the Developer in the Said Property and/or the Said ComplexOwner, the Sanctioned Plans, Layout Plans, along with specifications, approvals of the competent authority, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer Owner to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative all covenants (either to act and/or to omit) mentioned above and elsewhere in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Owners, right and entitlement of the Developer in the Said Property Premises and/or the Said ComplexBuilding, the Sanctioned PlansPlan, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer to enter into this Agreement, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and elsewhere in this Agreement and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Buyer to the Owners and the Developer Vendor that the Buyer is acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the OwnersVendor, right and entitlement of the Developer in to develop the Said Property and/or the Said ComplexPremises, the Sanctioned Plans, all the background papers, the right of the Owners and the Developer Vendor to enter into grant this AgreementConveyance, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Buyer and the negative covenants covenant mentioned above and and/or the Said Agreement and/or elsewhere in this Agreement presents and the Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
