Satellite VSAT Enhanced Traffic Management. (vETM): is an option that allows traffic to be prioritized based on a DiffServ Code Point Markings (DSCP) in the packet header. Satellite vETM (Primary): 0 Kbps vETM is an option that can be added to Satellite Bandwidth Access (Primary) to enable traffic to be prioritized based upon the DiffServ Code Point (DSCP) markings in the packet header. vETM bandwidth above 0 Kbps can be added to Satellite Bandwidth Access (Primary) to allocate dedicated satellite bandwidth in the form of a Committed Information Rate (CIR) at the Customer Sites that can be utilized for streaming type services. vETM bandwidth above 0 Kbps is applicable on a per Customer site basis and is not shared among a group of Customer Sites. Satellite vETM (Backup): 0 Kbps Satellite vETM (Backup) is an option that can be added to Satellite Bandwidth Access (Backup) to enable traffic to be prioritized based upon the DiffServ Code Point (DSCP) markings in the packet header. However, dedicated bandwidth above 0 Kbps is not supported.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Facility. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Facility and Related Transportation Facilities.
