Satellite Space Sample Clauses

Satellite Space. Subject to the provisions of the Lease Agreement and as part of the Premises leased to Tenant hereunder, Landlord does hereby grant Tenant the right to the following space ("Space"): (a) Space on the roof of the Building to place Tenant's satellite dish, as reasonably and specifically described and designated by Landlord (the "Satellite Space"); and (b) At the location and in the manner designated by Landlord, space for cabling attended to Tenant's satellite dish from its location on the roof of the Building to its Premises on the fifth and sixth floors of the Building.
