Common use of Sanitary facilities and refuse Clause in Contracts

Sanitary facilities and refuse. The Contractor is to supply and maintain his own sanitary facilities at his Contractor’s yard. A refuge control system will be established by the Contractor. All waste and refuge is collected and disposed of as directed by the Project Manager.
