Common use of Sandbox Clause in Contracts

Sandbox. Reseller Customers that require an additional full Sandbox will be able to acquire such capacity through Reseller. For each additional full Sandbox license sold by Reseller hereunder, Reseller shall pay to SFDC [*] of the aggregate subscription fees which would otherwise be due for the Reseller Customer Org being duplicated for such full Sandbox. Reseller represents that it will clearly notify Customer in writing that its purchase of Sandbox subscriptions is conditioned on the following: “Sandbox subscriptions are for testing and development use only, and not for production use.”
