Sandbox. Where possible, and to the extent possible, the Contractor shall incorporate best practices from Connected Vehicle Pilots evaluations and ITS evaluations into the Evaluation Plan for Smart Columbus. The Contractor shall develop the Evaluation Plan and submit for review by the TOCOR and other USDOT representatives, and revise based on comments received. The Contractor shall submit to the TOCOR, the Revised Plan and corresponding Comment Resolution Reports that document how each comment was resolved.
