Sample Transport Clause Samples
Sample Transport. The Consultant shall be responsible for transporting samples, cylinders, beams, etc. to an approved laboratory for testing. The laboratory shall not be the same laboratory the contractor is using for their acceptance testing.
Sample Transport. 1. Use a EP tube sealed w ith parafilm mem brane to store the sample and indicate the sample name, concentration and date on the cap. If the ▇▇▇ ple is m ore than one tube, keep all ▇▇▇ ple tubes in a 50 ml EP tube and then plače them in the transport ice box.
2. Using dry ice to transport ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ are strongly recom mended.
3. DNA ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ should be transported to BGI in the shortest possible time. 5 ) Library construction risk
1. The total m ass less than 10ng: For 5-1 Ong o f the sample can try to construct the library, but there is a certain degree o f sequencing risk. If the DNA fragm ent size is fully consistent with the ▇▇▇ ple requirem ents (100 -500 bp), and the purity is high, the risk is relatively low.
2. There is a difference between gel results (after supersonic treatm ent) and the real fragm ent size, which may affect library results. In ChlP experim ent, although the fragm ent ranges o f supersonic results are from 100bp to 500bp, the differences still exist after antibody enrichm ent. In very occasional cases, the real fragm ent size is longer than 500 bp or shorter than 100bp, w hich will cause unqualified libraries. Thus, in some cases, we failed to construct libraries although the sample passes our test. Customer Service Tel : ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Approved Pa g e 1 o f 1 1 c G l AgreementNo. F17FTSEUHT12:
