PAYM ENT TERMS. Upon signing and receipt of wire instructions The Embassy shall initially process 70% of the contract amount to DRC followed by the rest 30%. (The process will entail the time period of funding request from the Embassy to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and receiving it via official government budget management system and the wire transfer.) DRC agrees to provide copies of any project related invoice, receipts and any other necessary documents for settlement as requested by The Embassy.
PAYM ENT TERMS. 1.5.1 C ustom er shall identify and provide contact inform ation fo r individual(s) to w hom invoices should be sent in the C over Page. The invoices shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ received by C ustom er (a) if sent by personál delivery, on the date o f personál delivery; (b) if sent by post, on the seventh (7th) day after the date m ailed (as indicated by the postm ark) by registered airm ail, postage prepaid, or the third day after delivery to EMS or any other internationally recognized courier service, or (c) if sent by facsim ile shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ effectively given upon receipt by the sender o f a confirm ed transm ittal receipt.
1.5.2 C ustom er agrees to pay the entire am ount o f each invoice issued by Provider w ithout offset or deduction. Unless specified otherwise in the C over Page, paym ent term s are net thirty (30) days from date o f invoice.
1.5.3 If paym ent is not received by the due date, interest shall accrue on all unpaid am ounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the m axim um legally perm itted rate, w hichever is higher.
1.5.4 A ll payments made by C ustom er to Provider shall be made in [USD] via w ire transfer to a bank account specified in the C over Page or otherwise designated by Provider from ▇▇▇ e to ▇▇▇ e in writing.
1.5.5 n the event that C ustom er fails to make any paym ent that becomes due and payable by the applicable due date, Provider shall not be required to provide any further Services under this Agreem ent until such paym ent is made in full, nor shall Provider be liable to C ustom er fo r any delay in completing the Services and/or the Project arising from or caused by such failure.
