Common use of Same as Cash Plan Clause in Contracts

Same as Cash Plan. If you pay the full purchase price before the expiration date of a Same as Cash Plan, as indicated on your monthly periodic statement of account, and pay the Minimum Monthly Payment each billing period when due, no Interest Charges will be imposed on the purchase. If such payments are not made, Interest Charges from the date of delivery will be added to your Account either when you fail to make a payment within 60 days of the due date or, at the end of the Same as Cash Plan period if any portion of the promotional balance remains outstanding.
