Sales Responsibilities. Dealer is solely responsible for developing its own plan for marketing and selling Products, and shall fulfill its sales obligations in several ways, including but not limited to the following:
Sales Responsibilities. CMA shall use its best efforts to solicit the sale of, and market and sell THE SOFTWARE within the Territory. CCMA grants to CGS: To become a strategic partner with a worldwide sales development of the products. To promote the product on CMA booths in such exhibitions as IPEX, DRUPA and so on. To promote THE SOFTWARE not to existing CGS Customers. To do so is considered as breach of contract.
Sales Responsibilities. 4.3.1. The Air Operator shall be responsible for planning, marketing and publicity of the operations, as well as the seat bookings and ticket sales.
4.3.2. Ticket sales shall comply with the requirements set out in the Invitation to Tender. In particular, tickets shall be sold via at least one sales channel belonging to the Air Operator and include all applicable taxes, charges and fees to authorities and any other extra charges.
Sales Responsibilities. (a) Dealer shall establish and maintain suitable facilities for the sale of Motor cars and assemblies, parts and accessories therefor. Dealer shall use its best efforts to promote the sale of Motor cars. Dealer shall operate a suitable showroom to house, protect and exhibit Motor cars and accessories to best advantage.
(b) Dealer shall employ qualified sales and other personnel in numbers sufficient to handle the sale of Motor cars and accessories. The number of personnel required shall be determined by the Company based on an analysis of market potential in Dealer's sales territory. If the Company or Manufacturer shall from time to time conduct sales training schools, Dealer, at its own expense, shall send all sales personnel to such schools for training in the proper sale and representation of Motor cars and other Products.
(c) Dealer agrees to fulfill its obligations as set forth in the Sales Goal Letter sent to Dealer from time to time, including but not limited to the maintenance of an adequate inventory of new Motor cars. Notwithstanding the existence or terms of a Sales Goal letter, Dealer shall maintain a minimum new car inventory of one Rolls-Royce and one Bentley Motor car.
(d) Dealer will not conduct any aspect of its business of the sale of Products at any location other than that referred to in Paragraph (l) of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.
(e) The Company shall have the right from time to time to inspect Dealer's premises and its records and accounts with respect to the sale of Products, and to make recommendations and set standards concerning the methods of displaying and selling Products. Dealer shall give careful consideration to such recommendations and shall take such recommended steps for the improvement of its sales facilities and performance and to conform them to the standards established by the Company.
Sales Responsibilities. VSA is responsible for the marketing and direct solicitation of group business for the HBGCC, including but not limited to representation at key industry events and trade shows, management of customer engagement opportunities, group familiarization trips, and customer sales calls. VSA is responsible for managing group site inspection and pre-planning meetings for groups that require the use of the HBGCC.

It is expected, as of the Effective Date, that (i) the Coul▇▇▇ ▇▇▇es Effort personnel will take the lead on [*] and (ii) the SB Sales Effort personnel will take the lead on [*] not detailed by Coul▇▇▇ ▇▇▇er clause (i) above. It is further understood that the fact that the JCC decides that one Party's Sales Effort personnel takes the lead with respect to a particular target audience does not preclude the other Party's Sales Effort personnel from detailing such target audience or from otherwise providing input with respect to the lead Party's activities, provided that such is in accordance with the then current JOINT MARKETING PLAN.
Sales Responsibilities. Distributor shall be responsible for all Product sales to customers in the Territory. Distributor agrees to use best efforts to:
(a) Develop the market for, and promote the sale of, the Products in the Territory and diligently engage in the marketing, distribution, and sale thereof;
(b) Maintain a marketing, sales, and distribution presence in the Territory that is properly trained to support the distribution of the Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and to provide appropriate education and training to physicians and other medical professionals desiring to use the Products;
(c) Deliver to Company, on or before the first day of each calendar month, a rolling six (6) month non-binding forecast, with anticipated delivery dates and intended Product applications, in a form acceptable to Company; provided that Distributor shall also give notice to Company of any substantial orders not included in any such forecast immediately upon Distributor’s actual or constructive knowledge thereof. Distributor acknowledges that Company’s processing cycle for Rheo and Vendaje product lines is 45 days and that complete and accurate forecasting is critical to allow Company to ensure appropriate inventory levels to meet customer needs;
(d) Introduce or make known to Company all business transactions, customers, buyers, contractual counterparts or principal parties involved in the purchase and sale of the Products in the Territory; and
(e) Participate in Company’s available training programs.
Sales Responsibilities. Distributor shall be responsible for Product sales to customers in the Territory. Pursuant to its appointment as a distributor of Products, Distributor agrees to use its best efforts to:
(a) Develop the market for, and promote the sale of, the Products in the Territory and diligently engage in the marketing, distribution, and sale thereof;
(b) Maintain a marketing, sales, and distribution presence in the Territory properly trained to support the distribution of the Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and providing appropriate education and training to physicians and other medical professionals desiring to use the Products;
(c) Issue to Company on or before the first day of each month a rolling six (6) month non-binding forecast with non-binding anticipated delivery dates in a form to be jointly developed by the Parties.
