Common use of Sales Prices Clause in Contracts

Sales Prices. The sales prices for SGD-1006 Manufactured under this Agreement and released by SAFC’s quality assurance department shall be the sales prices set forth in Appendix 3. The sales prices are to be understood as packaged and ready for further processing at the facility of Company or of a third party designated in writing by Company, excluding costs of shipping, insurance and freight and further excluding applicable sales or other taxes (which will be applied as set forth in Section 5.6 hereof). All prices are quoted in United States Dollars.
