Common use of Salary Clause in Contracts

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 240,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis450,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 450,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis388,125, subject to review annual review, and adjustment adjusted from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion, payable semi-monthly subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 390,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall will receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial annualized base salary at the rate of $400,000 on an annualized basis420,000 per year, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretionthe discretion of the Board, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 348,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis315,000, subject to annual review and adjustment increase by the Company in its sole discretion, and subject to decrease but only pursuant to a salary reduction program applicable generally to the Company’s similarly situated employees, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis440,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Company Board in its sole discretion, discretion and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 379,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 425,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis600,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Commencing on the Effective Date, Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis450,000, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis425,000, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and Executive agree that Executive shall forfeit the monthly compensation to be paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.1, until the Company and Executive mutually agree.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 585,000.00 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”); provided, however, during the Part-time Period, Executive’s base salary shall be fifty percent (50%) of the Base Salary or such other proportion as shall be mutually agreed by Executive and the Board.

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis209,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, discretion and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis300,000.00, subject to review increase and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). The Executive shall be eligible for an increase in Base Salary each year during the term of this Agreement, upon annual review by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Compensation Committee”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis400,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, discretion and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be prorated for any partial year of employment on the basis of a 365-day year.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 350,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, which may be increased from time to time to account for, among other things, cost of living and market rate adjustments for similarly situated executives. The base salary is payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

The Base Salary will be payable in accordance with Company’s standard payroll practices.

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 334,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 282,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial base salary of $400,000 $ 380,000.00 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Company in its sole discretionCompany, and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 475,000 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Salary. Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial base salary of $400,000 627,800 on an annualized basis, subject to review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall will receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basisUS$368,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Executive shall will receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement an initial annualized base salary at the rate of $400,000 on an annualized basisper year, subject to annual review and adjustment by the Company in its sole discretionthe discretion of the Board, payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company and Executive agree that Executive shall forfeit the monthly compensation to be paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.1, until such time as the Company and Executive mutually agree.

Executive’s Base Salary will be reviewed annually, and will be subject to potential increase in the discretion of the Board.

Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered under this Agreement hereunder an initial annualized base salary of $400,000 on an annualized basis420,000, subject to review and adjustment from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, discretion and payable subject to standard federal and state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices (“Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be prorated for any partial year of employment on the basis of a 365-day year.
