Common use of Salaried Placements Clause in Contracts

Salaried Placements. Should the Candidate leave within 3 months of commencing employment with XXXXX for any reason other than retrenchment or structural redundancy then, providing the placement fee has been paid in accordance with clause 4, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to find a suitable replacement.
