Common use of Salaried Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Salaried Employee Benefits. The Executive will be entitled to participate in all compensation, health, welfare, perquisite and other employee benefit plans and programs for which similarly situated salaried employees of the Company are generally eligible under any plan or program now or later established by the Company, on the same terms and conditions as such plans and programs are provided to other similarly situated salaried employees. All Company coverage, benefits and plans are subject to the right of the Company to amend or terminate such coverage, benefits and plans from time to time, and subject to the specific eligibility and participation requirements of each such plan. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in any employee benefit plans or programs now or later established by the Company and for which the Executive is eligible, any reference to the Executive’s base salary for the purpose of benefits shall mean $250,000.
