Common use of Safety System Clause in Contracts

Safety System. Due to the inevitable changes in operating environment, closure device operation, and other unforeseeable factors, installation of this Product must be accompanied by a comprehensive, ongoing, and strictly enforced inspection program by the powered closure device owner or operator to assure proper operation of the SmartGate(R) II Safety System and powered closure device both individually and as a system. If upon inspection, the powered closure device does not react with the enhanced safety expected, it should be taken out of service until a property trained technician performs service or repairs. Regular inspection and maintenance will help to maintain a high "operations with safety" to "total operations" ratio.
