Safety Protocols. In addition to abiding by Cal-OSHA standards and guidelines established by the California Department of Public Health and the Sacramento County Department of Public Health (SCPH) regarding school re-openings, in-person Special Education assessments may commence when the following health and safety conditions and protections have been met and verified: A. COVID Testing, Daily Screening, Contact Tracing: 1.
