Safety Program. 12.1 Contractor shall be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and reviewing annually a comprehensive student transportation safety program. 12.2 Contractor’s employees shall not be required to perform any medical functions for passengers, including but not limited to administering an Epi Pen.
