Common use of Safety Program Clause in Contracts

Safety Program. Pursuant to WCB Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Section 4, the Employer shall establish a Safety Program and schedule monthly meetings by work group in each assembly point to discuss health and safety matters. The Employer shall maintain a record of the meetings and matters discussed. Copies of the monthly report shall be sent to members of the Local Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
