Safety Manager. 27 The Safety Manager is responsible for establishing and supervising Developer’s safety program 28 and implementing and coordinating the Transportation Management Plan (TMP) per 23 CFR 30 holds at least a 1/3 beneficial interest in Developer, or (iii) the Lead Subcontractor, and must 31 report directly to the Project Manager. This individual must be assigned to the Project full time 32 and must be on-site during Construction Work. This individual must be familiar with FHWA work 34 zone safety and OSHA Regulations. The individual’s relevant experience includes the following:
