Safety Jackets Clause Samples
Safety Jackets. Field employees who work within street rights of way will be entitled to receive safety jackets. Jackets will be replaced as needed, but not more than one per year. Safety jackets shall be weather appropriate and safety reflective striping or lettering for those who work outside and/or at night (not just a pull over jacket or a zip-up hooded sweatshirt).
Safety Jackets. Employees required to work on or around roads and footpaths will be supplied with and wear appropriate safety apparel, including safety jackets.
Safety Jackets. The City shall provide one safety cold weather jacket to each unit member every other year. Jackets may be replaced more frequently upon approval of the employee’s supervisor. Reasons for more frequent replacement include: a jacket that is damaged, fading or has an overall poor appearance.
Safety Jackets a. The City will provide one (1) ANSI Class 2 “Thinline” safety jacket for each employee.
b. Employees shall be responsible for the laundry, maintenance, and repair of such jacket. Replacement of unserviceable jackets shall be the responsibility of the City.

Safety Jackets. Employer agrees to reimburse employee up to $175 towards the purchase or replacement of an employer approved safety jacket or other county approved personal protective equipment. Employer will retain the right to determine replacement need.
