Common use of Safety Coordinator Clause in Contracts

Safety Coordinator. Design-Builder shall designate a Safety Coordinator at the Site, which individual shall be designated in the organizational chart set forth in Exhibit A – Schedule 3.

Safety Coordinator. Design-Builder shall designate a Safety Coordinator at the Site, which individual shall be designated in the organizational chart set forth in Exhibit A – Schedule 33.2.2. The Safety Coordinator shall be on the Site at all times that any Work is being performed and shall have no additional responsibilities other than safety. The Safety Coordinator shall be responsible for safe working conditions and compliance with all applicable Governmental Rules relating to safety and health.
