SAFETY CODE. The Contractors shall strictly follow the IREL Safety Code and also the instructions issued by the Safety & Training Dept. from time to time. Before starting the work, the Contractor shall meet the safety Officer and get himself familiar with the safety measures to be taken during the execution of the job. The contractor shall be personally responsible for the safety of his workmen and shall be liable for prosecutionin case of any accident.
