Common use of SaaS Fees Clause in Contracts

SaaS Fees. SaaS Fees are invoiced on an annual basis, beginning on the commencement of the initial term as set forth in Section F (1) of this Agreement. Your annual SaaS fees for the initial term are set forth in the Investment Summary. On the commencement of the initial term, Tyler will invoice SaaS Fees on a prorated basis from commencement of the initial term through September 30, 2021. Subsequent annual SaaS fees will be invoiced annually in advance for the term beginning October 1 and ending September 30, annually. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates. Upon expiration of the initial term, your annual SaaS fees will be at our then-current rates.
