Common use of SaaS Fees Clause in Contracts

SaaS Fees. The fees due and payable by Customer are stated in the applicable order form with Local CA. Local CA reserves the right to invoice Customer for any use of the SaaS in excess of the Authorized Use Limitation. Customer agrees that the purchase of any SaaS is not contingent on CA Europe providing any future features or functionality.
