‘S’ Work. At 9:00 Sign-up ‘S’ work cannot be moved from one Depot to the other.
‘S’ Work. If You accept a license on behalf of a legal entity of the End User of the license, You declare that You are entitled to accept the license. If You are not authorized to do so or if You are not authorized by law, You accept exclusive personal responsibility for the obligations set out in this license. In connection with the installation, authentication and parameterization of the software and hardware, and the provision of additional services by You and/or the Distributor and/or End User as the licensee, You agree that ComAp or its appointed person collects some technical data about Products such as Products registration information, information contained in Products, connection data of Products, site data connections to a PC or other technical devices, time laps, ComAp Product data, error reporting data, ComAp Product management data and others. If You do not agree that ▇▇▇▇▇ collects the data described in this paragraph, do not install, verify authenticity, perform parameterization, or otherwise use any Author's Works and contact ComAp.
‘S’ Work. DESIGN‐BUILDER shall be entitled to extension of time, but not to damages or additional compensation related to delay caused by such other contractors (or the TAX COLLECTOR), unless the delay extends beyond thirty (30) days and results from events beyond the control of DESIGN‐BUILDER.
