Régime fiscal. 8.1.1 Droit fiscal français En application de la convention fiscale signée entre la France et l’Espagne en date du 10 octobre 1995, la plus-value résultant de l’apport de la succursale espagnole serait imposable en Espagne (article 13 de la convention). La plus-value est également imposable en France en principe, avec un crédit d’impôt égal à l’impôt français (article 24 de la convention). Au cas particulier, dans la mesure où la valeur vénale des éléments d’actif et de passif apportés correspond à leur valeur comptable, l’apport n’entraîne la constatation d’aucune plus- value pour la société ERP SAS.   • FISCAL CONTINGENCY All payments under this contract are contingent upon the availability to the City of Nashua of the necessary funds. This contract shall terminate and the City of Nashua's obligations under it shall be extinguished at the end of any fiscal year in which the City of Nashua fails to appropriate monies for the ensuing fiscal year sufficient for the performance of this contract. Nothing in this contract shall be construed to provide Independent Contractor with a right of payment over any other entity. Any funds obligated by the City of Nashua under this contract that are not paid to Independent Contractor shall automatically revert to the City of Nashua’s discretionary control upon the completion, termination, or cancellation of the agreement. The City of Nashua shall not have any obligation to re-award or to provide, in any manner, the unexpended funds to Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor shall have no claim of any sort to the unexpended funds.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives I. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph [4.]of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if—

  • Quarterly Contractor Performance Reporting Customers shall complete a Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit I) for each Contractor on a Quarterly basis. Customers will electronically submit the completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) to the Department Contract Manager no later than the due date indicated in Contract Exhibit D, Section 17, Additional Special Contract Conditions. The completed Contractor Performance Survey(s) will be used by the Department as a performance-reporting tool to measure the performance of Contractors. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MyFloridaMarketPlace or on the Department's website).

  • Financial Management, Financial Reports and Audits 1. The Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained a financial management system in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.09 of the General Conditions.

  • Quarterly Financial Reports The School shall prepare and submit quarterly financial reports to the Commission within 45 days of the end of each fiscal year quarter.
