Common use of Rural Health Care Equity Program Clause in Contracts

Rural Health Care Equity Program. Effective July 1, 2001, the State shall continue a Rural Health Care Equity Program for Bargaining Xxxx 0, 0, 00, 00, 00 and 20 members, which may be administered in conjunction with a similar program for State employees in other bargaining units, for excluded employees, and for annuitants. The Department of Personnel Administration shall administer any fund involving Bargaining Unit 1, 4, 11, 14, 15 and 20 members.
