Common use of Runtime License Clause in Contracts

Runtime License. If you purchased runtime licenses you are permitted to use the Software according to the number of purchased licenses. For each license, you are permitted to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. The Software may have a mechanism to identify every single installation on a particular computer e.g. key, hardware (non-transferable) or dongle (transferable).
