Runtime License. If You are a registered user of the Software, You are granted non-exclusive rights to distribute the runtime applications (e.g. setup.exe) created by the Software on a royalty-free basis.
Runtime License. 4.1 Purchaser is entitled to generate application-specific, loadable and executable software with the software product and to transfer such software (runtime license).
Runtime License. Pursuant to the execution of a separate “run-time” license agreement, TatukGIS may grant an approved value added reseller (VAR) a limited license to further develop or customize the Client Application into the VAR‟s own unique Host application, which the VAR may distribute to final customers under the terms of the run-time license. The following conditions apply to run-time licensing:
Runtime License. Weisang grants the Licensee the ordinary, non-exclusive and personal right to use the Software on a single computer as the runtime environment for automated analyses, which have been created using a FlexPro single user or network license. Any interactive use of the runtime license is prohibited. Any operation of the runtime license for server applications shall be subject to written approval from Weisang. To this end, Xxxxxxx will charge additional license fees, the amount of which will depend on the number of individuals using the server. Any further use is prohibited. Depending on the granted license, the following additional limitations apply:
Runtime License. ¹ A runtime license is required for the productive use of the licensed software on a Licensee’s operating system platform. This excludes productive use in a web service (see Service Provider License) or in a web application (see Web Application License). ² A runtime license is required for each installation on an operating system platform (physical or virtual).
Runtime License. If you purchased runtime licenses you are permitted to use the Software according to the number of purchased licenses. For each license, you are permitted to install and use one copy of the Software on a single computer. The Software may have a mechanism to identify every single installation on a particular computer e.g. key, hardware (non-transferable) or dongle (transferable). You must not tamper with the identification mechanism. Use Definition
Runtime License. This license covers the distribution of the IONA Runtime Components within the Customer's Developed Software in the following Named Applications: [ACCELERATED NETWORKS AN-20, AN-30, AN-3200 SERIES].
Runtime License. Customer may only use Runtime Licenses to distribute Runtime Components in licensed quantities as specified in the applicable Quote to execute the Target Software. Customer must purchase one (1) Runtime License for each core, processor, or node of each device or product containing the Runtime Components used to execute the Target Software distributed by Customer. Runtime Licenses may not be re-used or transferred between devices or products.
Runtime License. Partner may market and sublicense the Software only for Use in conjunction with Partner Products under a Runtime License described below, and only pursuant to the licensing and use restrictions as set forth in the Agreement and the Software Use Rights, and such other terms as set forth in the specific Exhibit A for the applicable Software. Any Third Party Products contained in or provided with the Software may only be used as part of the Software. It is the intention of the parties that Partner Products that are software must add significant and primary additional functionalities to the Software in order to qualify as a Partner Product under the Agreement. Partner warrants that the Product Products listed in Exhibit B provides significant and primary additional functionalities to the Software.
Runtime License. A set of licenses that are used to license target systems developed using CDP Studio IDE or systems that use CDP Software, software components or tools. These are normally one-time (fixed) licenses for one specific delivery/system. Further specification of the licenses applicable for the Customer may be stated in the Order Confirmation or a binding offer from CDP. The Agreement will still be applicable for free non-commercial license, with the exception of section 4 or as otherwise specified in the Order Confirmation or other agreement.
