Runtime License. 4.1 Purchaser is entitled to generate application-specific, loadable and executable software with the software product and to transfer such software (runtime license). 4.2 Unless stipulated otherwise, in case of transferring such software, Purchaser shall pay in addition to the purchase price a runtime license fee per device on which the generated software is used. The amount of the runtime license fee shall be determined by SICK according to SICK's reasonably exercised discretion. 4.3 Unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before transferring such software, request a license number for the runtime license from SICK. SICK shall notify Purchaser of such number after receipt of payment of the runtime license fee. When transferring the generated software, Purchaser shall pass the terms of use agreed between SICK and Purchaser on to Purchaser's customer.
Runtime License. If You are a registered user of the Software, You are granted non-exclusive rights to distribute the installation packages created by the Software on a royalty-free basis.

Runtime License. Weisang grants the Licensee the ordinary, non-exclusive and personal right to use the Software on a single computer as the runtime environment for automated analyses, which have been created using a FlexPro single user or network license. Any interactive use of the runtime license is prohibited. Any operation of the runtime license for server applications shall be subject to written approval from Weisang. Runtime License. Pursuant to the execution of a separate “run-time” license agreement, TatukGIS may grant an approved value added reseller (VAR) a limited license to further develop or customize the Client Application into the VAR’s own unique Host application, which the VAR may distribute to final customers under the terms of the run-time license. The following conditions apply to run-time licensing: i) The run-time version of the Client Application must be distributed with each incidence of the Host application. ii) The run-time version of the Client Application must be used and distributed only together with the Host application. The run-time application may not be distributed or used alone. iii) This TatukGIS license agreement must always be included with each distribution of the Host application.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) except as specifically set forth in this Agreement and the CDP ▇▇▇▇, CDP retains all right, title and interest in and to CDP Software, and the Customer does not acquire any right, title or interest to CDP Software except as set forth herein; (b) any configuration or deployment of CDP Software shall not affect or diminish CDP’s rights, title or interest in and to CDP Software. Except as stated in the foregoing subsection, nothing in this Agreement shall in any way limit CDP’s right to develop, use, license, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit CDP Software, or to permit Third Parties to do so. 2.6. The Customer may not resell the CDP Software without a Reseller Agreement with CDP.
