Run. All runs will be posted once a year on a second Monday of January for fifteen (15) days, taking effect first Sunday of February. Operator run that has been discontinued, will be allowed to displace a junior Operator. Any Owner Operator displaced will revert to the Open Board until the next annual bid. During the period between annual sign up only the vacancy will be advertised. Subsequent vacancies will not be advertised but will be filled by Open Board Operator.
