Common use of Rules of Residents Club Clause in Contracts

Rules of Residents Club. The Vendor shall be entitled to make rules, regulations and/or bye- laws for governing and regulating the user charges, management, maintenance, general administration, running and operation of the Residents Club (Club Rules) which shall be binding on all flat owners as members thereof including the Buyer and the Buyer hereby agrees to abide with all such rules and regulations of the Residents Club.
