Common use of Rubbish Clause in Contracts

Rubbish. 2 All refuse, accumulation of paper, excelsior, rags, wooden boxes and containers, 3 sweep-ups and all other accumulations of a nature other than Garbage and Yard 4 Trimmings, resulting from the normal activities of a Service Unit. Rubbish must be 5 generated at the Service Unit from which the Rubbish is collected. Rubbish does not 6 include items defined as Exempt Waste.

Rubbish must be 5 generated by and at the 144 Temporary Service Unit from which wherein the Rubbish is collectedCollected. Rubbish does not 6 include items 145 herein defined as Exempt Waste.

Rubbish must be 5 9 generated at the Service Unit from which the Rubbish is collected. Rubbish does not 6 10 include items defined as Exempt Waste.

Rubbish must be 5 284 generated by and at the Residential Service Unit from which wherein the Rubbish is collected. Rubbish 285 does not 6 include items herein defined as Exempt Waste.
