Royalty Minimum. Notwithstanding anything else herein to the contrary, on a country-by-country basis and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis, in no event will the applicable royalty otherwise due to Katmai in a calendar quarter be less than, or reduced to, an effective royalty rate that is less than [***] ([***] %) percentage points greater than the corresponding effective rate payable for such Net Sales in such country in such calendar quarter by Katmai to the UC under the UC License Agreement.
