Royalty Minimum. Notwithstanding the foregoing Sections 8.3.3 and 8.3.4, or Sections 9.2(c), 9.2(d) and 9.3(c)(iii), on a country-by-country basis and for the shorter of (i) the Royalty Term in each such country or (ii) [*CONFIDENTIAL*], in no event shall the royalties payable by Licensee to Licensor be reduced to less than [*CONFIDENTIAL*] of Net Sales in such country.
