Common use of Routine Telework Clause in Contracts

Routine Telework. Occurs as part of a previously approved, ongoing, and regular telework schedule: 1. May include a telework schedule where an employee teleworks from an alternative worksite, with the employee reporting to the Assigned Worksite two (2) days or more per pay period. Under this schedule, the employee's ODS would remain their Assigned Worksite. 2. May include a telework schedule where an employee teleworks from an alternative worksite, with the employee reporting to the Assigned Worksite one day or less per pay period. The Agency has determined that this telework schedule requires Head of Line of Business (LOB) or designee approval. Approvals/disapprovals are subject to the criteria in Section 8. 3.
