Routine Service. All Bargaining Unit Members are obligated to perform “routine service,” which refers to basic faculty engagement in shared governance at the departmental level. The routine service obligation can be met by regular attendance at departmental meetings (an obligation regardless of other service that Members may perform) plus effective service on one reasonably active departmental committee (e.g., a committee dealing with curricular matters or program assessment), or the equivalent. Equivalent activities include serving on committees outside the department, working within programs and departments, assisting in developing and coordinating the curriculum, participating in program assessment, and other activities. These opportunities for “routine service” may vary across the University, but the magnitude of the “routine service” obligation does not vary significantly from unit to unit.
Routine Service. The Authorized User shall be responsible for performing daily inspections (e.g., general condition of the Heavy Equipment, including oil level, tire condition, cooling systems, batteries) and routine service (e.g., grease components prior to use, add diesel exhaust fluid, change oil) required to keep the Heavy Equipment in good repair and running order. If such routine service is required, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to inform the Authorized User and confirm that the Authorized User understands the proper procedure for performing the routine service. Routine Service. NW Natural shall procure and furnish all materials, equipment, services, supplies, spare parts and labor necessary for the routine operation and maintenance of the Receipt Point Facilities ("Routine Services"). Such Routine Services shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: (i) maintenance of the communication system to ensure integrity of the system, surveillance, monitoring, data acquisition and measurement; and (ii) providing periodic testing, adjustment, and calibration of the meter, inspection of the Receipt Point Facilities, (iii) maintaining the odorant supply, as required, and (iv) maintenance of all valves, piping, and instruments. Routine Services does not include the replacement of major components, including, but not limited to, the meter, valves, regulators, odorizer, and analyzers.

The Contractor shall perform routine service orders to repair deficiencies and return storm and sanitary sewer collection systems to normal working condition. Routine service orders are limited to a ceiling of 4 labor hours or $500 in material cost. Routine service orders responded to within 24 hours after notification (06:30 Hours to 18:00 Hours - Monday through Friday) and shall be completed within four working hours of being onsite. SECTION C
