Common use of Routine Maintenance Services Clause in Contracts

Routine Maintenance Services. In addition to Electrical Maintenance Specification E-001, the Contractor must: a) repair or replace fire signals and their components with Deficiencies. Repair Time: 24 hours; b) replace all signal head lights that are Not Operating. Repair Time: 24 hours; c) replace all non-LED signal head lamps once every 12 months; d) test all conflict monitors once every 12 months; and, e) meet on site with fire department staff to confirm operation once every 12 months and as required.
