Common use of Routine Care Clause in Contracts

Routine Care. The Adopter agrees to take the Animal to a veterinarian for regular examinations, and vaccinations as your vet determines and to procure immediate veterinary care, at your own expense should the Animal become ill or injured. You understand that IWARS makes a reasonable attempt to ensure that only healthy animals are adopted but this cannot be 100% guaranteed, unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
