Appointment Availability. (a) Subject to paragraph 3.10 (b): Either where the Communications Provider uses the Appointment Dialogue Service, and subsequently places the associated order prior to the expiration period of the reservation; or where the Communications Provider places a Forecast Order and BT provides the next available appointment, BT shall offer the Communications Provider an available appointment within 12 Working Days of application If BT fails to do this, the Communications Provider shall be entitled to the compensation set out in paragraph 4.10.

Exceptions to the one-hour standards must be justified and documented to the AHS on the basis of community standards. Appointment availability shall meet the usual and customary standards for the community, and shall comply with the following: • Urgent care: Within twenty-four hours; • Non-urgent, non-emergent conditions: Within five business days; • Referral appointments for non-urgent care: Within 30 days or as clinically appropriate; • Routine Care: Available in a timely manner consistent with the individual enrollee’s plan of treatment.
