Common use of Routes of Travel Clause in Contracts

Routes of Travel. The Artist must travel with the company or as the Engager directs in writing. Travel time is deemed to be consecutive and all waiting periods between alighting from one vehicle and boarding another vehicle shall be part of travel time. The Engager shall, at the Engager’s own expense, transport the Artist when the Artist is required to travel. Should any performance be lost through any delays in travel, the loss of said performance shall not affect the Artist's contractual fee.
