Route Time Adjustments Clause Samples
Route Time Adjustments. A. If after the initial annual route bid, a driver’s route requires more than the time assigned, but less than thirty (30) minutes, as verified by the Transportation Supervisor, pay and benefits will be adjusted to reflect the increase.
B. If, after the initial annual route bid, a driver’s route increases by more than thirty (30) minutes, then the route shall be posted for re-bidding by existing drivers based on seniority and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
C. If, after the initial annual route bid, the Transportation Supervisor reduces a driver’s route by less than thirty (30) minutes, the driver shall receive reduced compensation amounts and benefit levels.
D. If, after the initial annual route bid, the Transportation Supervisor reduces a driver’s route by more than thirty (30) minutes, the employer shall have the option of continuing the amount of compensation and benefit levels or require the drive to bump a less senior driver. The driver may continue to with the route with a reduction in pay and benefits. The driver that was bumped shall have the right to bump a less senior driver and bumping shall occur until all available routes are filled.
