ROUTE SCHEDULE. 1. For the purposes of paragraph 1(c) of Article 2 of this Agreement each Party shall permit the airlines of the other Party to provide transportation on the routes specified hereunder: (a) For the airlines of Canada: Points Behind – Points in Canada – Intermediate Points – Points in and within Member States – Points Beyond (b) For the airlines of the European Community: Points Behind – Points in Member States – Intermediate Points – Points in and within Canada – Points Beyond 2. Airlines of a Party may on any or all flights and at its option: (a) operate flights in either or both directions; (b) combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; (c) serve behind, intermediate and beyond points and points in the territory of any Party and in any combination or any order; (d) omit stops at any point or points; (e) transfer traffic from any of its aircraft to any of its other aircraft without any limitation as to change in type or number of aircraft operated at any point; (f) serve points behind any point in that Party's territory with or without change of aircraft or flight number and hold out and advertise such services to the public as through services; (g) make stopovers at any points whether within or outside the territory of either Party; (h) carry transit traffic at intermediate points and at points in the territory of the other Party; (i) combine traffic on the same aircraft regardless of where such traffic originates; and (j) provide service through codesharing consistent with paragraph 3 of Article 13 (Commercial Framework) of this Agreement; without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement. SECTION 1 Ownership and Control of the Airlines of both Parties 1. Notwithstanding Article 4 (Investment), ownership of a Party's airlines by nationals of all other Parties shall be allowable, on the basis of reciprocity, to the extent permitted by Canada's domestic laws and regulations for foreign investment in airlines. 2. Notwithstanding paragraph 2(c) of Article 3 (Designation, Authorisation and Revocation) and Article 4 (Investment) of the Agreement, the following provision shall apply with respect to ownership and control of airlines in place of paragraph 2(c) of Article 3 (Designation, Authorisation and Revocation) until the laws and regulations referred to in paragraph 2(c) and (d) of Section 2 of this Annex dictate otherwise: "in the case of an airline of...
ROUTE SCHEDULE. Section 1 Section 2 a) The designated airlines of each Party may on any or all flights omit calling at any of the intermediate and/or beyond points mentioned above, provided that the agreed services on the routes begin or end in the territory of the Party which has designated the airline. b) The designated airlines of each Party may select any intermediate and/or beyond points at its own choice and may change its selection in the next season on condition that no traffic rights are exercised between those points and the territory of the other Party. c) The exercise of fifth freedom traffic rights on specified intermediate and/or beyond points shall be subject to agreement between the aeronautical authorities of both Parties.
ROUTE SCHEDULE. The Route Schedule to this Agreement shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement and all reference to the Agreement shall include reference to the Route Schedule except where otherwise expressly provided.
ROUTE SCHEDULE. The airlines designated to provide scheduled air services in accordance with Article 2 of this Agreement shall be entitled to operate, in both directions, over the following commercial air routes: (a) Route for the airlines designated by the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu: From points in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu via intermediate points to a point or points in New Zealand and beyond. (b) Route for the airlines designated by New Zealand: From points in New Zealand via intermediate points to a point or points in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu, and beyond.
ROUTE SCHEDULE. A. Routes for the airline or airlines designated by the Government of New Zealand 1. From points behind New Zealand via New Zealand, and any intermediate point(s), to any point(s) in Australia, and beyond. 2. For all-cargo services, between Australia and any point or points. B. Routes for the airline or airlines designated by the Government of Australia 1. From points behind Australia via Australia, and any intermediate point(s), to any point(s) in New Zealand, and beyond. 2. For all-cargo services, between New Zealand and any point or points. C. Routes for ▇▇▇ Airlines 1. Subject to paragraph 2, the airlines of each Party and ▇▇▇ airlines may, on any or all flights and at the option of each airline: (a) between points in the territory of the other Party exercise own stopover rights only; (b) market code share services within the territory of the other Party to points behind the gateway point provided that such services form part of a through international journey; (c) serve points on the routes in any combination and in any order; (d) omit stops at any point or points; (e) combine different flight numbers within one aircraft operation; (f) transfer traffic from any aircraft to any other aircraft at any point on the route; and (g) serve points on the routes with or without change of aircraft or flight number and hold out and advertise such transport to the public as through services; without directional or geographic limitation and without loss of any right to carry traffic otherwise permissible under this Agreement provided that, with the exception of all-cargo services, services provided by a designated airline serve a point in the territory of the Party designating the Airline. 2. In addition to the rights set out in paragraph 1 above, each Party grants to ▇▇▇ airlines the right to conduct air transport within the territory of both Parties, including the right to carry all forms of domestic traffic on the sectors of international air services performed within such territory.
ROUTE SCHEDULE. The airlines designated to provide scheduled air services in accordance with the aforesaid Agreement shall be entitled to operate the following air routes with full traffic rights: (A) Route for the airlines designated by the Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan): Points in the Republic of China (Taiwan) – any intermediate point or points – points in the Republic of Guatemala - any beyond point or points and vice versa. (B) Route for the airlines designated by the Government of the Republic of Guatemala : Points in the Republic of Guatemala - any intermediate point or points- points in the Republic of China (Taiwan) – any beyond point or points and vice versa. (C) The designated airlines of either Party may, on any or all flight(s), omit any point or points on the route specified above, provided that the point of origin or destination is in the territory of that Party.
